Depends on the package: 24 hours for Basic, 4 hours for Pro, and 1 hour for critical issues on Premium during business hours. The 24/7 monitoring automatically alerts us if the site becomes unreachable, so we typically detect most problems before you do.
Unused content-update hours roll over to the next month, for up to 2 months. Security updates, monitoring, and backups continue to run even if you don't request a content change.
The Premium package is recommended for webshops, complex business applications, and sites where downtime causes direct revenue loss. If your website generates daily revenue, has regular development needs, or supports critical business processes, this package provides the highest availability.
The Pro and Premium packages include a monthly operations report covering: uptime statistics, loading speed trends, list of updates performed, security status, ticket summary. So you always see what we've done for your website.
Our monthly packages run for a minimum of 3 months; annual packages for 12 months (with a 10% discount). After expiry, the contract renews monthly and can be terminated at any time. Our goal is to keep you with quality, not by contract.
