Zichy Park Real Estate sells its premium residential buildings in Budakeszi, the agglomeration of the XII district of Budapest. Our client entrusted us with the creation of a website, for which he only sketched out the concept and handed over the building plans, leaving the entire construction in our hands. We approached the task without any design elements or text content, but delivered a complete premium, information-rich website.
The buildings in Zichy Park have been individually designed using high quality materials and energy-efficient aspects in a family-friendly environment. They are aimed at young couples, families with children, retirees and real estate investors who share your private lifestyle close to nature. The central objective of this website is to market the properties and position itself in the marketplace among its competitors. The main advantages of Zichy Park are its comfortable energy efficient homes and refreshing green environment. The website structure and design has been developed along these lines, so that the segments reflect the premium character. The fine-line font, dark lia and gold-toned graphics, headers (i.e. special highlighting of text), block order all support this. We’ve also filled the page with grandiose, wide-angle, tasteful photos, in line with modern trends. We’ve added an interactive map, where elements are highlighted and documents can be downloaded at the click of a button.
The text content was prepared for the client by our marketing copywriting colleagues. We performed targeted search engine optimisation on the site and also created the content in mobile view to generate more clicks and interest in the local sphere.
